How to book a garage
Booking a garage is simple through our online platform. Select your preferred location, choose your time slot (available in hourly or daily increments), and complete your reservation with payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with access instructions.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring availability for all customers:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund
- Within 24 hours: 50% charge
- No-show: Full booking charge
Garage locations
We currently have locations in Dublin, with new locations being added regularly. Our garages are typically located in industrial areas with good transport links and ample parking.

You can update your personal details, contact information, and preferences at any time through your account dashboard. Changes to email address require verification for security purposes.
Note: Some changes may require identity verification for security reasons.
Refund requests
Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policies. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
For faster resolution, please have your booking reference number ready when contacting support about refunds.
Delete account
You can request account deletion through your account settings. This will permanently remove all your personal data from our systems, though we may retain certain transaction records as required by law.
Warning: Account deletion is irreversible and will cancel all upcoming bookings.

Our online catalog shows tool availability at each location. You can reserve tools when booking your garage time. Tools are charged by the hour or day, with discounts for longer rentals.
Pro tip: Book tools for the full day even if you need them for fewer hours - it often works out cheaper!

Return policy
Tools must be returned by the end of your booked time slot in the same condition. Late returns incur additional charges. Damaged tools will be assessed and may result in replacement fees.
